What is the smallest number of people you will cater for?
Normally it’s 50 guests but we are happy to be flexible
Do you cater for vegetarians?
Yes, we’re not just all about championing the best free-ranging Gloucester Old Spot pigs. You’ll be surprised at how tasty our vegetarian options are!
Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
The short answer is yes! We will work with you to ensure everyone is looked after on the day.
Are we stuck with a set menu?
I like to see my menus as a guide only. I pride myself on working with you to get the food right for you and your event rather than just trying to make our lives easy it’s got to be about making the food just right for you and your guests!
Will we need to make sure there’s a kitchen attachment to our Marquee/Tipi?
Yes, to ensure we are not blown away on a wet and windy summer day we recommend you to ensure the hire company you are using erects a kitchen attachment in advance.
Do you provide waiting on staff?
Yes, we can provide staff to serve canapés, wait on tables and pour drinks for you and your guests.
Do you provide a bar?
Yes, we do not charge for this – just the drinks you and your guests consume. We can assure you that you’ll rarely find a cheaper outside bar service than ours!
Do you provide crockery, cutlery, glassware and other hire items?
Yes, through our continued use of the best hire outfit in the area we are able to supply anything you might desire.
At a smaller, hog roast only event, how much space do you need?
We only need around 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft) to set up and serve you and your guests.
Does your food come from wholesale catering suppliers?
NO! I take great pride in sourcing and purchasing from the best producers in the North West and am pedantic about knowing each and every one of them personally to ensure you get the best quality!
