We use only the very best ingredients sourced directly from our friends in Spain; from our superb arroz de carretta from Valencia, and our amazing chorizo from Rioja, right the way to the amazing smoked paprika! We serve all our paellas with a traditional olive oil and lemon dressed garden salad and a chunk of bocadillo.
